In this cooking class you will try to make Sagoo cookies for breakfast with main ingredients of Sagoo flour, palm sugar and coconut. This delicious cookies normally your eat in the morning with tea or coffee. When a fisherman want to go on the sea fo fishing for several days, then they will bring the same form of sagoo cookies, only the ingredients a bit different, that are: sagoo flour, coconut & salt then dry it in the sun for a day and these cookies can last up to 10 days.
